The Band released their first studio album in 1994 and have collectively released more than 16 studio albums, 3 Christmas albums, and more than 3 Compilation Albums of the group.
Bart Millard promised his grandmother on her deathbed to release an album of Hymns. Following the death of his grandmother, Bart Millard decided to begin his solo music career and honor his grandmother by releasing an album of Hymns.
Bart Millard took up the solo project and released his first-ever solo studio album “Hymned no.1”. This album presented the story of Bart Millard’s grandmother and how she helped him have a life of Belief.
Arthur Millard also played an important part in Influencing Bart Millard’s musical career. Although, Arthur’s influence wasn’t useful for the “MercyMe” band.
To give justice to the learnings he got from his father, Bart Millard decided to go solo again and released his second studio album “Hymned again”. This album was well received by the fans and Bart Millard became one of the most successful Gospel singers in the world.
Apart from that, Bart Millard has also been featured in the collaborative venture of Steven Curtis Chapman and Phil Wickham.
